Ministry of Gender and Family has received reports of SCAM phone calls to the public on behalf of Kudakudinge Hiya regarding donations for fundraising activities following a quiz. The Ministry wishes to inform that the Ministry or Kudakudhinge Hiya does not conduct fundraising activities via phone calls. Information regarding all official activities will be available in Ministry’s Website.
The Ministry therefore urges public to be cautious and report such suspicious activities to concerned authorities.
